Work 1-on-1 with trainer Jake Wright, BSc aka. the women's fitness expert. Through 1-on-1 Zoom coaching sessions Jake will create a customized program specific to your experience level, goals, equipment, and time.

is a practicing physician in family, hospitalist and palliative medicine. She has a special interest in lifestyle and weight-loss coaching that started during her undergraduate years when she majored in human biology and nutritional sciences.
After two pregnancies and a busy post-graduate residency program, she found herself 30lbs overweight and feeling tired and discouraged. She knew that by finding time to prioritize her own physical and mental health that she could be a more fulfilled mother, wife, and physician...and that is where her fitness and nutrition journey began.
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and has achieved advanced certifications in nutrition, joint mobility, strength and conditioning. This combination of knowledge and experience gives him deep expertise in all areas of fitness. Most recently, Jake developed a flexible online-training approach to help busy working professionals across the Canada break out of their fitness rut.

There is an initial 12-week commitment upon signing up. Our team will learn about your history, current challenges, and from there provide the perfect plan to get you on a path to achieving amazing results. While this won’t happen overnight, we promise that after 12 weeks you will be loving the results and the program. If not, you can cancel at any time after this initial period.
Your 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching sessions will be done via Zoom, from there your customized program will be delivered through our training app, and lastly, you'll become part of our amazing community on Mom's on Facebook.
